Everything you hope to achieve both personally and professionally, assumes you have the energy to accomplish it. Our obsession with time management often overlooks and often runs contrary to energy management. We regularly create a daily schedule that leaves no room to breathe (prepare, reflect, and decompress), which means that each subsequent meeting gets less and less of our best performance.

This obsession with getting the most out of every minute has led to many off-site training agendas that start at the crack of dawn, go late into the afternoon, and provide very little downtime, much less time to exercise between the last session and dinner (heaven forbid). This insanity must stop. We must begin to focus on the quality of time, not just quantity of time.

Course Content
  • Energy Audit: There are five tanks from which you derive energy, physical, emotional, mental, financial, and spiritual. This audit not only tells you how each of your tanks is doing but provides you best practice solutions to refill those tanks.

  • Stress Management: We provide a critical understanding for what underlies the majority of stress and provide techniques necessary to dissipate that stress.

  • Expand Your Influence: The same techniques that help you dissipate stress can also dramatically expand your ability to positively influence those around you.

  • The Power of Habit: All positive change begins with discipline however discipline alone is not a sustainable way to attack problems. Ultimately discipline must evolve into habit. Here we help you learn to create simple and complex habits over a realistic time frame to accomplish the mission.
