Elite Advisory Teams
Overview
The Elite Team Consulting Service is a highly personalized engagement which is offered only to select practices around the country. The experience and structure are inspired by the 4-Phase process used by physicians: diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and follow up. The 4-phase process we use with high performance teams is: discovery, analysis, recommendations, and follow up.
process Breakdown
Phase 1 - Discovery
- We will conduct a virtual deep dive discovery call with all key principles.
- In the discovery phase we will breakdown your practice into its 4 component parts: new business development, wealth analysis and management, client engagement and practice management. This will not only give us a very clear picture of where you are against an optimal standard, but also spur our collective thinking on what areas and in what sequence we want to begin to improve our performance.
- We will then send out the DISC Questionnaire to all team members.
- Once the DISC is completed, we will conduct a virtual discovery call with each principle, advisor, and key staff member, to add additional insight.

Phase 1 - Discovery
- Key team advisors and staff meet to complete the comprehensive discovery document
- I will review the document prior to the deep discovery zoom calls
- 1hr Zoom discovery call with each advisor (may need more time with key principles) to add nuance and insight into the discovery document
- 30 min Zoom discovery call with each staff person to glean their personal experience and insight
- Each team member completes DISC profile

Phase 2 - Analysis
- Review discovery document and all team conversations.
- Analyze all individual DISC profiles as well as the comprehensive team DISC.
- Identify businesses’ structural strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Analyze team members’ roles and responsibilities, incorporating skill sets, DISC and career pathing.
- Conduct follow-up calls as needed for clarification/additional details.
- After full analysis I will circle back to schedule full day on-site debrief and implementation meetings.

Phase 3 - Recommendations
- Meet with all principals to review findings
- Finalize prioritized implementation plan
- Meet with the remaining team to review findings, seek their input, and finalize the implementation plan
- Push preliminary content, tools, and templates into your personalized vault

Phase 4 - Follow Up
- Together we will determine the virtual follow-up schedule that will best serve the principles and the team (weekly, bimonthly etc). For example, I can virtually attend every other weekly strategic team meeting to facilitate implementation and answer questions.
- On these virtual follow up calls we will discuss progress, challenges, and solutions to keep things on track.
- All key principles receive an exclusive, “phone a friend” access to my personal cell phone for any triage needs between scheduled follow-ups.
Pricing
Because each engagement, whether Consulting Services, Workshop Structure, or Keynote Presentation, will be designed and structured to meet your needs, all pricing will be customized based on our initial discovery call.
