  • This walk through might also crystallize other areas upon which you might want to focus some of our training and development time.

  • We will then have enough information and insight to discuss the proper workshop structure, content sequencing, and virtual follow-up necessary to accomplish your objectives.
How It Works

Workshop Structure

Depending on the scope of your needs our highly customizable workshops can:

  • Be 1 or more days in length.

  • Be 1 or more events staggered throughout the year.

  • Each workshop will have virtual follow up sessions to incrementally walk through the content in more depth, answer any questions that might have arisen and discuss any active cases that the participants might want feedback on.

  • This virtual follow up can include attendees and/or your professional development or management teams.

  • We can incorporate a “phone a friend” for select attendees and field managers for a quick triage call.
