- Battling the Comfort Zone: Understanding and defeating the most insidious challenge facing all leaders… comfort zones.
- Foundational Principles: Understand that the adherence to or violation of universal principles underlie virtually all success, failure, and fulfillment. Help your team understand and apply these principles to problem solving, relationship management and performance enhancement.
- The 3C’s of Leadership: We ask you a very important question, “if you were not in your current position of authority, would anyone follow you?” Mastering the 3 C’s of leadership Will enhance your ability to lead your team, your clients And ultimately your family.
- Handling Underperformance: Not all underperformance is simply a lack of effort. We will provide a tool to help you understand why someone is underperforming or failing and give you a systematic and sequenced approach to diagnose and address the underlying cause.
- Pattern Recognition: Great clinical psychologist Dr. Henry Cloud discovered, “people don’t have problems, they have patterns”. In this course you will learn about some of the most common patterns that can undermine your team and derail your performance.
- Understand Human Motivation: Learn about the three types of motivation, their respective strengths and weaknesses, and when each approach might be appropriate to achieve the results you are looking for.
